Rachael has over 10 years of experience working as a Mental Health & Relationship Therapist.  She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology in 2005 and a Master’s of Science in Counseling in 2008. 

She specializes in anxiety, depression, and difficult relationships. Rachael works well with children, adolescents and adults. 

Rachael believes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the foundation to change. She is collaborative in her approach with each patient and also applies other evidence-based theories and techniques to meet the patient’s needs. For example, Rachael is trained in EMDR, which is an effective technique used to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or otherwise known as PTSD. 

Rachael values the development of trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. She works hard to meet her clients where they are in order to help them feel comfortable and understood. Rachael is an amazing person and therapist. She is dedicated to each client, family and relationship she serves.
